Short Term rentals in Cabo San Lucas

Hi, I'm looking to invest in a vacation rental that I can use a few months of the year and rent out for other times. I am interested in a single-family home but am open to assess other types of units. I will be visiting Cabo in November to assess the market. If you have knowledge of this market or know of someone who does, please let me know.
