Hi everyone,

My partner and I just got our offer accepted in a SFH in Indianapolis. We are planning for this to be a BRRR. This is our first time working together on rehab project, hopefully there will be many more to come. Any tips or advices is greatly appreciated!!!

Looking for local Indianapolis contractor recommendations!! We are out of state investors but working hard to make connections in the local area. Thank you!!
