Hi all, 

I am looking at a property in Garfield Heights, OH but I have read that there is POS inspection, pending lead safe requirements, rental registration requirements, vacancy permit requirements, local property tax policies, enforcement of waste requirements, permitting policies, and contractor registration requirements. Has anyone encountered any of this recently and what was your experience?
