Advice for a Land Flipping Business Model

Hey BiggerPocket team. As a real estate investor, I'm considering branching out into land flipping. I would love to pick the brains of fellow Land investors/flippers. Besides the free content available here on BiggerPockets/youtube, does anyone have suggestions on what works for them in finding profitable deals? I do not wish to burn my budget with direct mails and websites to begin with. Thanks in advance! I wish to make solid connections with my fellow Land investors/flippers.
