How Can I Find A Good Wholesaler?
I'm a real estate agent in Delaware who works with investors in addition to everyday residential home buyers. I have searches setup in the MLS to find on market deals and provide my clients with regular updates of what I come across but I'm growing my list of investors and need more deals to provide them. Recently I've started to consider working with a wholesaler to help me find more deals and I can bring the investors to buy them. I've researched wholesaling so I know it is a legitimate business when you're working with the right people but I also know there are a lot of people who aren't as trustworthy or just don't know what they're doing. How can I find good wholesalers in my area and form good working relationships with them?
