STR pre-purchase inspections

I put a cash offer on a townhome in Kissimmee/Davenport near Disney, and it was just accepted. It's zoned for STRs, so I'll be renting it out. The inspection companies I've contacted offer a pre-purchase inspection that's very thorough, but my realtor is telling me that I need a 5-point inspection and wind mitigation for insurance purposes, and a termite inspection. The house was built in 2007 and is part of a condo/HOA resort. Do I really need all these inspections? What has been your experience? Thanks in advance for all your insights.
