Newbie here-Need experienced preparer for rental property

I just acquired a rental property in Florida (where I live) and I am also involved in the stock market. I have an LLC just in case. So I am trying to see how I can find a tax preparer for all of this I have going on. I don't want to just google random folks and my friends and family don't have suggestions. lol
