Is this the Dumbest Realtor in the world?

The Bar to become a Realtor in the USA is way too low. Because of this you get a lot of ridiculously dumb people in the industry. This is of course directly why there is an annual turnover rate of close to 90% in the real estate industry. This agent though, this lady takes the cake. I challenge you to present me with a story of a Realtor who is worse than this one lol.

HoltonWise managed an apartment building for an investor from 2016-2018. During this time, there was a sign hung up on the property saying something to the effect of "This property managed by HoltonWise."

In late 2018 this property owner's management agreement with us ended and he began working with a competitor.

I got a letter from the Division of Real Estate yesterday. Instead of taking down that sign the Realtor who was hired to takeover the property management of the building left it up for over 3 years. She has now filed a complaint with the Division of Real Estate alleging false advertising because she is now the manager of the building, not HoltonWise.

🤣 Can't make this stuff up dude. Bless her heart.
