Working with multiple realtors

I'm new to the buying-a-home experience and I'm curious if there are any unwritten rules of working with multiple realtors? I'm shopping for an investment property in a market I'm unfamiliar with and I'm working with a local realtor in the area that has proven to be very knowledgeable about the Airbnb laws for that county. They seem very experienced and knowledgeable and had really good reviews on Yelp, but I feel like they're lacking a bit. They aren't very responsive and they haven't sent me a lot of properties to sort from. Granted, I know this may be due to many factors (low-inventory, slow market, etc.).

I've communicated to them my investment goals so that they keep them in mind when searching for properties, but I have notifications set on Realtor myself and I find properties myself. But, when I send my realtor what I've found, they quickly veto them for "x" reason.

I'm curious if it's ok to work with multiple realtors? Will it have a negative impact on my search? Should I try someone else? Any unwritten rules I should look out for?

Thanks!
