Northside Cincinnati Rental
Hello everyone! New real estate investor looking for some insight. Does anyone have experience in Northside? I’ve found a property there that is 4 bed 2.5 bath with oversized 1 car garage attached. From my research, it seems I could rent this for around $1700 a month which would cash-flow. However, I am not too familiar with the area. With that larger size property, do you think it would be hard to find renters? Also, is it safe? This property is across from a new development neighborhood but surrounded by older home that could use some renovations and sits on colerain ave right off the highway. Any insight is appreciated!
