Refinancing under LLC

Hi BP people! I am not a savvy investor like others so fully paid my 1st SFR and put it under a LLC for liability Protection per most people. Now, I am planning to buy a new property by cashing out refinancing the paid property. I was told I have the option to pay high interest commercial loans or to convert the title back to my name for better rates. I was learning towards just getting the commercial loan but hesitating due to the cost and interest. I was wondering what the best route to take. Thanks for any advice.
