Just built a duplex in an old and bad neighborhood. Any upside?
I feel like an idiot smh. I built an up-down duplex in the ghetto, in a neighborhood that's definitely on the decline. Is there any silver lining in this? It's my first property and I plan on living in one of the units for a year then relocating asap...
