Finding Seller / Owner Financing Properties
I've been using a couple strategies to find seller financing deals, can anyone name some others?
- 1.Cold calling "tired landlord" lists using propstream
- 2. Looking up rentals on Zillow/Craigslist / FB , reaching out to the owners to buy
- 3. FSBO listings on Zillow
I'd love to offer on realtor listings, but am having a hard time seeing what might be in it for them, since it seems like seller financing would scrap their commission. Appreciate any suggestions!
