What I have learned from being around Real Estate

I have been around Real Estate since 10 years old and over 9 years I haven't garnered a lot of knowledge, but the one thing I have realized is Real Estate Investing is basically simple as this. Buy a house, rent out the house, acquire your license while in the process. Study, Study, and Study.(Never stop) Soon, manage the properties for others. Network, Network, and network. Acquire capital, flip houses, use the sell from the flips to either, flip more houses, or do both in flipping, and renting out. Start to find partners, acquire more capital, keep buying, flipping, as well as renting and managing. Debt is always acquired for business, just look at how much Sam Walton had to borrow to open up Walmarts before he had to take his company public.  Then, once you find your right partner or partners, start real estate development. Begin, to start building and developing. Sell for profit and continue up the chain. Basically a stair way up by, building, flipping, managing and renting.  Take on more properties, and develop more properties, you know you made it when you have too many properties to manage and rent out.  Profit, Profit, and Profit. I know this may seem, easy to realize, but if you start small and work your way up, by the way the turtle wins the race. You will slowly but surely get there if you in the words of Napoleon Hill "Don't Give Up".
