I've been under contract on a short sale for like 6 months. Finally got bank approval 2 weeks ago and have just been waiting for them to get their docs over to us. Well, just got the docs and they expect me to close by the end of this month, giving me less than a week to do a home inspection and completed loan package. Pretty dang frustrating.
