Hey everyone,
This is a great read regarding HUD Insured Multifamily Loans. It describes exactly why FHA/HUD Multifamily Loans are the best option for medium to long-term holders. Locked in for 35 years at the lowest rates, and if rates drop down the road you can drop as well. Meaning you are protected on both the high and low side, with up to 85% LTV(80% cash out). Check it out let me know your thoughts!
