Can you flip homes in this current economy?

I'm not a flipper, just a buy and hold investor. But I'm curious to hear if people are flipping homes and seeing a good profit. I'm seeing fixer upper homes get 20 offers and sell way above what it should be. That leaves me to believe that margins are razor thin almost everywhere.

Hard to do in this current market. Prices are crazy. I have noticed they are starting to come down slightly and price reduction on the MLS happen more often. I think the BRRRR method is the way to go right now with interest rates as low as they are.
