There are few good turnkey provider companies here, mostly just turnkey style deals you find using a good investor friendly realtor that are vetted by a property manager and contractor walk through.

Your “turnkey” aspect really will come with finding a good property management company that meets your style and is an expert in your local market you want to invest.

Columbus offers a lot of good hybrid appreciation/cash flow turnkey-like houses at the 1% rule in C class neighborhoods. Once you go closer to A-B class you won’t find that here.
