Questions for Interviewing potential Real Estate Agents

Hi all!  I am beginning to meet with potential agents that I have been recommended through my network.  I am wondering if there is a list of questions which are important to cover and which can help identify the best agent.

My fiancé and I are looking to purchase our first primary residence in the next 12 months and will be looking for a property with rental potential so that it can become an investment property when we move closer to family.

Thanks!
