Below Market deals and where to buy right now

Where during this time can below market deals be found? Is it worth buying outside of where you live just to find it? It seems to still be a sellers market in the Connecticut and New Jersey area? Any advice anyone?

@O. Julia Ritter there are tons of below market deals in NJ. You need to look in the right places, (and certainly network and know people who come across sellers) But you also need to do your homework and know the market you plan to buy in. There are Facebook groups galore for starters. But you won't truly know if it's a good deal unless you understand the market. Another important item to note is what a "good deal" is. This varies significantly for every individual but you should have some basic criteria that is important to you.
