Buying Agents in and around Sacramento area

Hi there,

I have recently joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Onkar and I’ll be moving to Sacramento in the next 3/4 months. I’m from the UK and will be moving to live with my partner (who currently lives in Sac). 
I am looking to start buying distressed homes, rehab and the flip them. 
was looking for some agents to start networking with that have some experience in finding homes in need of rehab and experience working with investors. 
this can be in and around the general Sacramento county area.
