Hi All - 

I was gifted a piece of land in Matteson, IL directly across the street from Franciscan Health Olympia Field. I've had the land for a few years now and wondering what I should do it with. Obliviously selling was the first thing I thought about my proceeding thought was to build a rental property on it. Anyone else have an idea or two?
