Owner Financing help

Hey BP family, I have a question regarding Owner financing. My wife and I have the opportunity to purchase a Condo (from a friend of ours) in Naples, FL, but I know that we can't qualify for the purchase while we currently have our personal home. We're selling our personal home in March 2022, but the condo is going on the market September 20th. We've talked to our friends briefly about owner financing and they're amenable to it, but I really don't know anything about how to structure this type of deal and I'm looking for any type of suggestions from people that have done this. Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance.
