I’m planning on starting wholesaling full time next month and my main concern is how long does it take to get a deal. I’ll be cold calling. I’ll be local in Phoenix, AZ

I don’t wholesale, I fix and flip (keeping a few for myself as rentals). Took me about 4 months to get under contract on the first one in Florida.
