Hey BiggerPockets community! I am looking for investor friendly attorneys to work with on Subject To, Owner Financing, and/or lease option deals. It would be great if they have experience as I am new to investing in Real Estate.

I am looking to take action quickly. I need someone who can help me create/review contracts.
