Rejected offer then buyer caught trespassing
I recently rejected a purchase offer on my property from a competing business. Their offer was 1/2 of asking price. Within a few hours of rejecting the offer I have camera footage of the person walking the property with a local town official. Neither of whom had my permission to enter the property.
I fear they’re looking for problems. Should I be proactive and notify them of trespassing or save all videos/communications and wait to see if they cause any issues in the future?
