Agent/PM/ project manager combo
So has anyone seen or come across a buyer's agent that also has in-house PM as well as manage the make ready at a reasonable price? I've come across those that would sell you a property and manage it after you did the project/makeready yourself. I have yet to find someone that could and would handle all three at a price that made sense to an investor. Another words at a price that it would still BRRRR.
