Investing in a Canadian Market
Hi! I'm reaching out to all Canadian investors out there. I'm kinda new at this stuff and we have a couple properties that we didn't initially acquire for investment purposes but are using as such. We're interested in purchasing more but we are finding that the cost of houses vs. amount of rent we can charge doesn't really work in our favour. Any tips, suggestions or areas we are missing here?! We are not opposed to purchasing out of province.
