Suffolk, NY - Land surveyor/ staker

Hello all, anyone have any recommendations on a land surveyor/ staker that works in Rocky Point, NY on Long Island?

 I have a client looking to sell some land and figured I’d see what recommendations the BP Forum can come up with. 

Also, any idea on pricing?  The lot is 100’x100’.
