Title Error about Plat

Hi,

I'm in the process of buying a property in Virginia that generated a title issue regarding the plat. The error is the home is not platted for the subdivision. The home was originally built in 1900, and in this area of VA there are a lot of older homes.

Is this something I should be concerned about? And what are the consequences of a home not being platted for the subdivision.
