Question on Appraisal
Hi I am a new investor working on my second property.
The house has major foundation fix, its a pier and beam. It went through 23piers and 6beam replacement and good house lifting.
After foundation fix, the brick on the back side of the house is off the foundation. I got a quote of 9k to replace brick back and both sides of the house.

I can't afford 9k at this time, Thinking of replacing the brick on backside and move on.
I wanted to know how would it effect the appraisal value? In the initial scope of work (Hard money loan and appraisal), I didn't mention about brick repair but it came after foundation fix.
Appreciate any suggestions on brick repair.
