WHERE ARE ALL THE INVESTORS

We are currently searching for investors to help expand our home renovation company. At this point there are several distressed homes along the Michigan shorelines. Finding investors to put +-$800K on the line has proven to be difficult. We have several investors in the >$100K bracket and are doing well with that.

The average profit where we are working run around 30 percent. The comps are there and the numbers work. I am having trouble finding investors with this kind of money.

Can someone please give me some idea on where to look for these type of investors?

We pay 6 percent plus a negotiable amount of guaranteed profit upon purchase of the real estate.

This is a request for direction not an add.

Thank you in advance

Mike
