Flip House Pre-Foreclosure

DeMar Montgomer
Posted

Hello All,

I've been renovating to flip for awhile now.  The house has been on the market for 15 days as of today.  My extension on the loan was denied by the lender earlier this month.  I'm expected to have the loan paid off within the next week or they will move to Pre-foreclosure.

How concerned should I be about the house being in Pre-foreclosure?

Should I wait for an offer on the house or should I find another loan to pay off my lender?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
