I just signed contract to purchase a turnkey rental property. Working with couple of landers. One send me loan estimate showing detail break down of cost and loan rate etc from Loandepot,  Other which I had worked in past said she won't give me details until I commit to go with her. Mentioned that she does wholesale loans so her rates will be better.  Is it normal? what y'all expert advise?
