Anyone have experience with converting fix & flip to buy & hold

Would love to hear from those that have converted from fix & flip (HML funding) to buy & hold. I listed my house 3 weeks ago. Days on Market are increasing (avg. was 11 days, with houses no sitting 30-60 days) with price cuts ($30k-$60k) being taken on all houses in the same subdivision. I would love to learn more on how others may have approached a similar situation. Thank you!
