First Time Raising Money, Need Advice

This is my first time putting together a deal and I need some advice on how to structure it. I have 5-7 investors, looking to purchase multiple homes in a short vicinity of each other. I am a general contractor so I will be handling the purchase, renovation, and sale of the properties, I'm not sure on what percentage I should be paying the investors and how much I should be making off the deal, and also under which entity I should purchase the properties. Should I contact someone about making a contract, if so who is the best person to talk to?  Like I said this is my first deal so any advice is welcomed!
