Referral for Invictus Method

Dear BP community, 

   Has anyone worked with the Invictus Method, a turnkey provider, to buy rental properties? They are advertising quite a bit on social media. I am curious to know experience from those who have bought properties from Invictus Method. Thanks in advance.

My experience with Invictus has been less than satisfying. Unfortunately they will make all the promises and say all the right things but the follow through is non existent. I would advise to stay away. stay far away. Let’s just say my experience with them has been an absolute nightmare. I don’t want to see another investor go through this.
