My experience with Invictus has been less than satisfying. Unfortunately they will make all the promises and say all the right things but the follow through is non existent. I would advise to stay away. stay far away. Let’s just say my experience with them has been an absolute nightmare. I don’t want to see another investor go through this.
Mark Vandzura, first of all there was an accounting error with a new system set up that we didn’t fully understand. I take responsibility for that 100%. I personally spent hours with you and with your wife on the phone sorting out the accounting error that got fixed and you agreed was fine. Interesting that you’re writing in here on a forum when on our zoom calls you were always very nice and cordial.
Terrance,
I believe that you had an accounting error. I imagine that is 100% truth. However, the second part of your response s where I take issue. Is it possible that you have me mistaken for someone else? My wife and I have only been able to get you on a zoom call one time during our working relationship and we did not work through accounting errors during that call. All of our accounting issues were directed to a very pleasant woman in your office named Kayla. She very much wanted to help us. My wife spent countless hours on the phone with her working out the numerous accounting errors. We provided her with all of the required records. Unfortunately, this was not enough as we were told she is not allowed to release our funds until she spoke with you. It has been over a year, and we still have received nothing in regard to our issue (upwards of 7k in tenant security deposits once we left your company). I appreciate you responding here in bigger pockets. It reminds me that you are alive and well. I would love to hear from you personally. If you have lost my contact information please direct message me and I will happily send it your way. Thanks!
