Getting an idea of good STR markets through AirDNA

Hello all,

We're in the process of doing a 1031 exchange and are considering rolling the funds into a STR somewhere. I looked at an article from AirDNA from September of last year titled "Best Places to Invest in Vacation Rentals in 2020+2021", but of course the market has changed quite a bit in the last 11 months. I was considering paying for some of AirDNAs features to get an updated report and figure out some locations to narrow our search. Does anyone have recent experience with using AirDNA to do a broad search for markets by a variety of metrics? Alternatively, (or in addition) I'd love to hear from anyone with experience in STRs that would be willing to give a snapshot of the numbers in their chosen markets. Thanks in advance.
