Mobile Home Rehabbing & Moving to Lots that I own

I have a friend  who has 10 lots to sell in a mobile home park. I am thinking of purchasing mobile homes and rehabbing them, moving them to the lots and selling them. Has anyone done this sort of thing? I have never been inside a mobile home so this is brand new to me. There are about 30 lots in the park and one house was just built and two lots have nice mobile homes that sold this year with the lots. Most of the lots have junky mobile homes so I would give them notice to go. Advice appreciated!
