Hi, my name is Roberto Ruelas I’m new to real estate investing and was just wondering if anyone here has done any real estate investing in Florence, AL? I’ve seen that properties are cheaper than most places in North Alabama. Just wanted to see if it’s a good place to start and if it’s a good market? Thank you in advance.

Florence is an hour and a half out from Huntsville, so if you are looking to tap into the Huntsville growth, it is not going to be a part of that.  You may want to look at Athens.  The appreciation is not going to be as large as Madison county's, but these are solid buy and holds as the city grows.
