Buying and selling vacant land without an agent

Does anybody know how to buy and sell vacant land without a real estate agent? Do you have any sample contracts that you can share? I would like to know the process in getting started please. If anybody specializes in this area I would love to know more information. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
