New to the Industry
Hey All,
I'm Dalan Heredia. I'm new to BP, and am trying to break into the rental industry.
That being said, I've found a property I believe is undervalued in the Springfield, MO market and am trying to figure out the best way to negotiate a win-win scenario with a separate investor as I don't currently have the startup capital for a down payment. The property seems like it would make an excellent Fix/Flip or rental. Wondering what your thoughts are on this, and if anyone else has dealt with a similar situation and how you approached it to make things a good deal for everyone involved.
Thanks!
