Looking to reduce my liability by moving my properties to and LLC

All,

I have recently decided that I'm going to retire on rentals so in the past 8 months I've gone from 3 doors to 11 doors and I'm looking to add 2-4 more doors soon. That said nearly everything is in our personal names which worries me. I have been hesitant to move them into an LLC because people have told me the banks don't like it if you do that. Can anyone suggest an attorney that could help me do this and let me know the pro's a con's of doing this?

Thank you!
