Brickell Investors Opinion:

Hi, I have a rental Condo in Miami Fl, in the popular Brickell area. The condo was purchased in 2009 and it is currently rented but below market, because it was rented before rents skyrocketed in the past couple of months due to lack of inventory. Property prices have also gone up significantly in the past 6 months. I was thinking of selling but now I'm doubting because of the appeal in the rent increases. I would love to hear Brickell's investor opinions? Where are the rental prices in Brickell going, will they stay up? Will Condo values keep going up?

Thanks!
