2012-C Property Holdings LLC? Has anyone heard of them?

I was analyzing some comps this morning and using the Franklin County Auditor site (Columbus, OH), and kept running across this holdings company. I looked them up and their address is in Minnesota, but also were incorporated in numerous other states. Looks like they own about 160 recently purchased properties in Columbus, and most were purchased as REO's.

Just wondering if anyone knew anything about these folks?
