Long story short…

I currently own a duplex. Estimated sale price 525k currently. 
total investment 275k.

rental income $2320 total ($1500 & $820). 
monthly mortgage+expenses $1850
Sell or Hold? 

Thoughts on market conditions in the PNW, and potential investments with proceeds from a sale.
