Primary home purchase with tenants

Hello everyone!

I am currently under contract for a duplex in Florida where both units are currently occupied by tenants - one lease ends 8/15/21 and the other ends 10/31/21. I am using an owner occupied loan to purchase this property and I am seeing two things in my research:

1. I have 60 days after closing to move into the home.

2. I have to honor current leases.

I am okay with leaving the tenants there until their leases end, but then does that go against the 60 day policy? Also, I am okay  moving into the empty room of the bigger unit, if the tenants are okay with that, if I need to. I am a traveling PT and have lived with strangers my whole career. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
