Recommended Books for Investing and Managing Mobile Home Parks
I have an opportunity to purchase a Mobile Home Park but I am not sure what to offer and neither does the current owner. The Mobile Home Park was left to the owner by her mother and the current owner has decided that she does not want it anymore.
How should I approach this potential investment?
