Making a plan for the 90 day challenge

Posted

Hello!

I own a home in RI with about $170k of equity.  I'm working out of state, in NH, and am trying figure out how to purchase close to work.  Credit is recovering post divorce and is at mid 660's (oh, that hurts!).  No liquid cash available.  I have no idea where to begin making a plan for this.  And I want to take @DGreene up on the 90 challenge.  Cash out refi? Help is appreciated!
